Production Calendar

This will be the tentative schedule that I'm holding myself to for my animation.
I'll be doing most of this animation in batches of shots, since most of them are simple or short.
Batch 1- Shots 1-6
Batch 2- Shots 7-10, 12-14
Batch 3- Shots 11, 15-19
Batch 4- Shots 20-22, 24, 31
Batch 5- Shots 23, 25, 26, 29, 30
Batch 6- Shots 27, 32-35
Batch 7- Shots 36-39
Batch 8- Credits and catch-up time

Jan 22
First day of class!
Blog, shot list, and production calendar prepped and ready in-class.

Jan 29 - Group Crit Week
Storyboard finished and rough animatic ready.
EDIT: Running into a problem. Finish Animatic in class. 

Feb 5
Revise animatic as needed and apply bgm and sounds if not already implemented. Begin work on backgrounds and reusable assets/props.

Feb 12
Continue work on backgrounds and assets. Key posing and rough animations for Batch 1 and 2.
Backgrounds ready to be animated on.

Feb 19 - Group Crit Week
Key posing and rough animations for Batch 3 and 4.
Shot 1 ready.

Feb 26
Key posing and rough animations for Batch 5 and 6.
Rough animations finished for Batch 1.

Mar 5

Get blog up to shape. Post current animatics.

Finish rough animations and fully animate Batch 1 and 2.

Mar 19 - Group Crit Week
Animate Batch 3.

Mar 26
Animate Batch 4.

Apr 2
Animate Batch 5.

Animate Batch 7.

Apr 23
Finish animating Batch 8.

Apr 30 - Group Crit Week
Final compositing and sound tests. Leave time to fix any last minute changes and for rendering.

Animation finished!
